Dr. Keith Denkler has trained at prestigious medical institutions in the U.S. and Europe. He attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas followed by residency training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery also in Houston. Advanced fellowship training in facial surgery was by Dr. Paul Tessier in Paris, France. Hand specialty fellowship training was at the University of California, San Francisco under Drs. Kilgore and Newmeyer. Hand specialty exam certification (CHS or CAQHS)was achieved in 1992.
Dr Denkler is currently a Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of California at San Francisco. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Denkler has received numerous honors and is a member of multiple medical organizations. He has numerous publications in academic medical journals on Dupuytren's treatment including fasceictomy, fasciotmy, and collagenase treatment. Dr. Denkler has given presentations at local, regional and international plastic surgery meetings. His private practice is at 275 Magnolia Avenue in Larkspur Califorinia where he shares the office with his wife, Dr. Rosalind Hudson, an internal medicine specialist who now specializes in skin care and aesthetic laser treatments.
